1. What products do you sell?
At Derpy Cute, we offer a range of both cute and funny products! Our collection includes physical items, digital downloads, and print-on-demand products. Whether you’re looking for quirky gifts or fun accessories, we’ve got you covered!
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United States. Some of our products are sourced from overseas, and these items may take longer to arrive. Please see our full Shipping Policy for more information.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Print on demand orders typically arrive within 7-10 days. This includes 2-3 days for processing and 2-5 days for shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Overseas orders may take 2-3 weeks depending on the vendor and time of year.
- Digital products are available immediately after purchase and are available for instant download. No refunds are given for digital products, as they cannot be unsent.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. We plan to expand our payment options as we grow.
5. Can I return my order?
We offer limited returns under certain conditions:
- Returns are accepted if the issue is not due to customer error.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Change of mind or issues such as incorrect size/color selection, or any other issues that are due to customer neglect, are not eligible for return as they are the customer responsibility.

6. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email which can be used to check the status of your delivery. The tracking number may come from a third party, and not from Derpy Cute directly. Please check your spam filters in case you are unable to find this email.
7. Can I apply a discount to my order?
Yes! We will occasionally offer promotional discounts. Customers can redeem these by using a coupon code at checkout. Be sure to keep an eye on your email for special deals! Note: due to privacy concerns, we do not keep email addresses on file for those who do not create an account. Promotional discounts will not be emailed out to those without an account for this reason.
8. Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you don’t need an account to make a purchase. Simply click on Checkout as Guest during checkout. However, if you choose not to create an account, you will not have access to purchase history or certain promotional discounts.

10. How is my personal information protected?

11. Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we do not offer gift cards, but we’re considering it in the future as we grow. Stay tuned for updates!
12. Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
Yes you can change or cancel your order, as long as it’s done before processing begins. Digital downloads are not eligible for cancellation, change, return, or refund, as there is no way to actually return the product. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
13. How is Derp of the Month submitted?
To submit a photo of your pet or favorite local derp, you can submit an entry for derp of the month by sending us a message on Instagram. Entries that do not have all the required information will not be considered for entry. When submitting, please include: 1) name of the animal. 2) a title, which is a short quote for why they are a derp in that particular photo. 3) a short blerb about your derp for the about page and 4) a photo of your animal doing something derpy cute.
13. How is Derp of the Month chosen?
Photos should show the animal doing something silly and cute, and that’s about it! As long as the other information is there in addition to the photo, most entries will be considered. Due to volume of entries, it may be several months before your little derp shows up on the Derp of the Month page. We’ll send you a message back on Insta to let you know your little guy will be featured in a future month. Entries that do not contain all the information, or if they contain offensive or derogatory information/photos, will not be considered for Derp of the Month. In addition, messages that contain offensive/derogatory/inappropriate information or photos will result in the users account being blocked.
