Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the United States only but hope to expand as our business grows. Some items on our website are drop-shipped from overseas, while others are made and shipped within the U.S. As a result, the shipping carrier and time frame may vary depending on the item(s) purchased. 

Shipping Methods & Options
We partner with various third-party vendors and shipping carriers to fulfill our orders, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other reputable carriers. The available shipping methods, including different shipping speeds, will be listed as options during checkout, depending on the item(s) in your cart.

Processing Time
Your t-shirts are not made ahead of time, but are custom printed when you order them! As such, it may take a little longer to receive them, but not by much. Most domestic orders are received around a week to a week and a half’s time. 

  • For domestic orders (shipped from the U.S.), please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Once processed, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days
  • For international orders (items drop-shipped from overseas), processing time is 1-5 business days, and shipping may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination and carrier. 

Please note that orders are not typically processed on weekends or holidays, and shipping times may be extended during holiday periods. 

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping under certain promotional conditions. These promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout, so be sure to keep an eye out for any available offers!

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided through the shipping carrier used by our third-party vendors. You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Returned Packages
If your package is lost or returned (and it’s not due to customer fault, such as failure to pick it up from the post office or shipping hub), we will issue a full refund. Please contact us immediately for assistance. Lost or returned packages due to customer neglect, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control is outside our responsibility and therefore not eligible for refund.

Damaged Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Take clear pictures of the damaged shipping box, item(s), and shipping label (with your customer address visible).
  2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item(s) to initiate the refund process.
    Please note that we can only offer refunds for items damaged before or during shipping, not those damaged after successful delivery.

Exceptions & Delays
While we strive to provide timely service, please be aware that shipping times may increase during holidays, weekends, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including customs hold-ups for international shipments, weather, road works, etc. Nor are we responsible for delays due to customer negligence or housing/community rules or restrictions.
