Refunds and Returns Policy for Derpy Cute

At Derpy Cute, we strive to provide excellent service and quality products. However, due to the nature of our small business and the use of third-party vendors, we have specific guidelines for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Return Window
Returns or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, refunds are only issued under special circumstances, such as:
- Items that are broken, defective, or damaged during or before shipping.
- Items that were never received or were returned for reasons outside of the customer’s control.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, we will request photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging including shipping label, as well as your order number, name, and address.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, customer mistakes, or buyer’s remorse at this time.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as t-shirts made through our print-on-demand providers, are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. For this reason, once a shirt is printed, it is non-returnable, except in certain special cases such as errors that are outside the customers responsibility. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to review our Size Guide and to take their current measurements prior to purchase, to help make informed decisions.
Digital downloads are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fees
As our physical merchandise is fulfilled by third-party vendors, restocking fees for returned items may apply. These fees are set by the third-party vendors and are outside of our control. Feel free to contact us for more information on any potential fees for returned items.
Return Shipping Costs
In cases where a refund is issued due to circumstances such as shipping damage or items that were never delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by us. We want to make sure our customers are not charged for circumstances outside of their control. However, if an item is returned due to customer preference, or neglect (such as failure to retrieve a redirected item to a shipping carrier hub or other reasons that are the customer responsibility) the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Note that since some items are fulfilled by third-party vendors, return shipping fees may vary based on their policies.
Lost or Returned Packages
If your package is lost or returned (and it’s not due to customer fault, such as failure to pick it up from the post office or shipping hub, incorrect address or instructions, etc.), we will issue a full refund. Please contact us immediately for assistance. Lost or returned packages due to customer neglect or error, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control is outside our responsibility and therefore not eligible for refund.
Damaged Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please follow these steps to request a refund:
- Take clear pictures of the damaged shipping box, item(s), and shipping label (with your customer address visible).
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item(s) to initiate the refund process.
Please note that we can only offer refunds for items damaged before or during shipping, not those damaged after successful delivery.

Exchanges
Exchange policies depend on the third-party vendor fulfilling your order and will vary. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for more information, and we will assist you in the process as best we can. As with our refund policies, exchanges will only be issued in the same special circumstances listed above. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to grow our small business.
